I'm BAAAACK

didja miss me??
 My friend Jorge got on my case the other day for not posting. I HAVE been a busy girl.
I still dont have all my old photos and programs off my old computer, and to tell the truth, I haven't had time to fool with it. But I will.
A lot has changed around here, besides my little girl being back home.
I hired another stylist, and I think she is going to do well. Except now the rumor is that I kidnapped her from another salon. Sort of, I guess, maybe, sorry (anyway, she had interviewed with ME first!).
I have made THREE trips to Ikea (torture) and remodeled the salon floor plan. It is sleek, clean, and has more of what we needed, work space, and reception seating. I spent ALL of last weekend working. From Saturday night till Monday night, I was there. I have ordered up some advertising too, to launch the new girl and her skills.
The September slow has kicked in, but I don't really care, I know it will only last a little while and then we will be right back to crazy.
Bee, cant wait for you to see my hard work!Tonight I was able to catch up a little at home.
I scrubbed up the kitchen, cleaned out the fridge, bought 150$ in groceries, and cooked Catfish filets, mac&cheese, and endamame salad for dinner with a big glass of milk.
I love the feeling I have right now, and I dont get to enjoy it very often. I am relaxed, not exhausted, ready to go to bed a little early, and get e good day's work done tomorrow. My biggest chore this weekend is going to be finding something fun to do, and making sure there is no work involved.  Has anyone noticed that the morning air has a hint of kinder temperatures in it?? I have, and I am dreaming of camping again!!
I love the salon's new look! I am glad tomorrow is Saturday, and after work tomorrow I AM NOT GOING TO THE SALON AT ALL, till Wednesday.
