going out to play!

I quite accidentally fell upon an advertisement that Cirque Du Soleill is coming back to Miami!
Last year I went (Hi Jorge!) and saw Cortero, at Bicentenial Park at bayfront, Right across the bridge from where Bee and Sarge board their Cruise ships. It is coming back again this year and the performance is called Kooza

I got online last night and searched every Sunday performance to find my dream seats. Again this year the show is in their very own Big Top tent, and I was quite surprised to see how small it really was! There is not a bad seat anywhere, but I am in the second tier about four roes back, on the isle. So I am actually only about 15 rows from the front . There is SO much to take in at a Cirque show that you need to sit back a ways so you can take it all in!I bought two tickets for Sunday Dec 12th the show is at 5pm, and I plan on browsing the Bayfront marketplace, have early dinner, and then hitting the show. Not knowing who might be going with me, I made a call to my girl-friend and asked her "have you ever seen Cirque Du Soleil?" her reply was "God, no, and I have wanted to see that for a long long time." The tickets are expensive,, (I guess because the venue is small) So I asked her if she was ready to pay a bunch to go and see them, she said "hell yes!" She was very excited to hear that the tickets had already been bought, and she was at last going to see the most fantastic, detailed, talented performance art I have ever witnessed in my life!! YAY!!!! I am going to the Circus!!!

How fun. I'd love to go see that. I'm glad you are going again.

Wow those folks are in shape. I'd break something trying to do what they do so easily.

Have a terrific day and weekend. Big hug. :)
