here comes spring

I am still a little not recovered , as a lingering bronchitis is bothering me, but slowly things are crowding me back into action.
First off, my freakin BIRTHDAY is in less than TWO WEEKS! (58 ugh!!!) and I am supposed to have my books in order to get my taxes done, which is something I just have to sit and DO, (I have only loosely started to gather the numbers). and right on the heels of that is our SECOND anniversary salon open house.
This is too much for one person to put together in that length of time!
I just bought a bubble machine on Ebay, and I stopped by party City and got some stuff today. I have found a steel pan drummer to play at the party, and I bought the raffle tickets too. Now I have to put together some prizes for the raffle, and plan a menu. The party is a lot more fun to think about than reciepts and taxes!
Mini has to have a new hula skirt, because the one from last year was too small, plus everyone was feeding her, and gave her a tummy ache. I am getting her a bigger one for this year
I guess I have a lot to do in the coming weeks and months, But i am SOOOO looking forward to this party!
For my birthday, I have ordered a full leather living room group, which should be delivered in the next week,Mine is sofa, loveseat and larger ottoman. it is in a truck somewhere coming across the country

so, that's about it from this nut house for now.
Hey Cuz, feel like coming to Fla for a party??

Mini, you look beautiful in your hula girl suit! I got my hula suit from Build-a-Bear (you can even order on-line!).

Wow, you've a lot to do. I hope you are working on both of these issues right now. Taxes is right around the corner. We're paying again. Sigh.

Can't wait to hear about the salon party. I'm sure there will be a post and pictures too. How exciting.

As for that 58th birthday? I did that last year. I'm doing 59 this year. I was just 21 a few months ago.

Have a terrific day. :)

BTW, that dancing baby video is HILARIOUS!!! The dancers stink, but the baby is a STAR! Loved it, thanks for the laugh. Now, it's back to work being grouchy...
