I have a neighbor.at my salon. a neighbor I do NOT get along with. We have a long history, and I have never trusted her. I have, however tried real hard to get along with her.... the bitch. She is M***, a vn. nail salon, and she is a high pressure shake-down type. She does (poorly) manicure, pedicure, tanning, spray tanning, steam sauna, facials, dermabrasion, teeth bleaching, laser light facial, LED skin rejuvination, weigh loss (by jiggle machine) foot detox bath, massage table, and other shit I cant remember. OH! by the way, she is the only one in there. think= falling into a spider web
I own a hair salon. I am a cosmetologist. As provided by my license, I can cut, color and perm hair, men's and womens, and kids. I can also manicure, pedicure,, depilatory waxing and facials.
My neighbor.... the bitch.
turned against me the very minute I bought the salon, and has mounted a campaign against every move I make, to the landlord, who by the way advised me that he was issuing a cease and desist letter, that, if not complied with, would constitute default on my lease, or at the very least a non renewal. Nail BITCH is insisting that I be prohibited from providing nail services in my salon. She has been demanding that since I bought the place. there is a very "loose" clause (written by hand in the margin) of my lease, stating that I can do nails for MY OWN clients , but must send new business TO HER!!! BITCH! we all know that is unenforceable, and that is how seriously I took it. NOW I must IMMEDIATELY remove any mention of "nails" from my advertising, my website, and my business listing in yellowpages online ETC.
What this means is that even if I decide to bail.... I cannot sell the place as a salon, because the landlord will not grant use of the premises (which is licensed by the state, city and county, as a cosmetology salon) because the full and reasonable practice as provided by my license, will not be allowed. landlord viewpoint, she has priority because she has TWO bays, and pays more rent, translate_ I lose
I could beat the shit out of them with a lawyer, but I would still wind up in the street. this just sucks, and I am all cried out, now I'm just pissed , and will probably not be able to sleep without pills.

Now you might want to erase this as if she finds it you will have another issue to deal with. I would hate to see that happen. Just saying.
